We bridge the gap between young progressives in California and Georgia.
Gregory mahdesian- fundraising chairman
Gregory Mahdesian is a musician and political activist from Los Angeles, CA. He cut his teeth working at non-profits such as the disaster relief organization Operation USA and the Armenian National Committee of America in Washington DC. He began his fundraising career in 2014 by organizing benefit concerts to aid Ebola relief efforts in West Africa. He also has experience in the private sector by working in communications and serving as the Alternate Security Officer at Servicon Systems, Inc. in Culver City, CA.
Gregory graduated from the University of Southern California in 2012 with a degree in Classics. While always surrounded by and interested in politics, the 2016 election motivated him to refocus his efforts toward helping support and scout the next generation of Democratic leaders.
When he’s not working in politics or recording music, Gregory likes to hang out with his dog, Wesley, an 8-year-old Pitbull Shepard mix. They both enjoy taking walks and yelling at skateboarders for making too much noise.
